These aren't new wedges, but to this day I still love them. These are the Rachel Zoe Katia Snakeskin Wedges. As Rachel would say, they are Maj! They are on sale on pretty much every department store website right now. I just thought I'd share them with you and was wondering what you think?

Three Floor

Maison Martin Margiela ‘Artisanal' Fall/Winter 2013

Today seems to be all about me posting some pretty weird posts. This head piece, by Maison Martin Margiela is pretty unusual I might add, but the detailing is absolutely stunning. Each headpiece is uniquely different, and it has ultimately become the norm for an ‘Artisanal’ collection for the faces of the models to be covered in highly embellished masks. It's hard to imagine that most of these designs would go unnoticed no matter where they are worn, and this collection is definitely not to be missed. Zaha Hadid's Futuristic Metal Shoes

Wow, not my usual kind of post, but I had to share these! These rare and futuristic shoes made by Zaha Hadid are definitely an eye catcher. These shoes combine metallic chromed vinyl rubber lined with kid nappa leather and a fiberglass platform and heel being a perfect expression of her architectural style. These are quite unusual if you ask me, but extremely cool at the same time. 

Valentino vs. ShoeDazzle!

                   

To finish off the day I thought I'd share with you all one of my favorite shoes right now, by Valentino, and the nearly identical knock-offs I came across on shoedazzle.com for 10 times cheaper. Now usually I think that knock-offs are a disgrace to the designer who made the original, but these shoes are way too cute to just pass up. The Valentino Noir Rockstud Slingbacks, on the left, are a grand total of $995 dollars, whereas the ShoeDazzle ones, to the right, are only $44 dollars! Is this a bargain or what!? Giambattista Valli Fall 2013 Couture Favorites

These are my favorite looks from the Giambattista Valli Fall 2013 Couture show. There were 40 magnificent pieces in this show, and these are just 4 of many eye-catching dresses.

Red always seems to catch my eye, especially when the color is presented in gown form. I love the way in which he combined a masculine jacket collar with the red silk flowers, it truly makes for an intriguing piece. We will definitely be seeing this on the red carpet.

This dress presents itself as a unique take on the typical baby-doll dress. The top almost looks like it's in the shape of a fitted vest, whereas the bottom is a bubble skirt with a layer of silk flowers built under the first layer of the skirt. The dress is finished off with a "ribbon" made of tarnished steel. You could definitely call this gorgeous dress a one of a kind.

This dress caught my eye when I first watched the runway show online. The embroidered 3-dimensional flowers are nothing less than stunning, and the white lace material used just makes the dress seem whimsical. In looking up pictures from the show, it came to my attention that these short dresses worn over these clinging, trailing skirts can actually  be separated to create shapely little cocktail dresses, those in which Valli is known for. How cool is that?!

Last but not least is this white high low dress. I liked this dress because of its simplicity and its use of an array of different fabrics. I would say it's a take on the average wedding dress, because it's cut short in the front to create a more edgy look. Overall, I would say that Valli knocked this show out of the park.

Dolce & Gabbana Crystal-Embellished Satin Pumps

Talk about beautiful...These Dolce & Gabbana Crystal-embellished satin pumps may be ridiculously expensive, but they are no short of fabulous. These are definitely one of a kind, because after doing loads of research after seeing these babies, I couldn't seem to find any pump similar to these and as beautiful. I'm not a big pink person myself, but these are just the right color, a dusty rose type pink. You would think that for $4,575 dollar shoes they better be fabulous, and these definitely are. Luckily, if you can afford these to begin with, these are on sale for 70% off on net-a-porter for a grand total of $1,372.50. For any of you interested (mostly those of you who have jobs), I would definitely recommend checking these out because they are way too beautiful to just dismiss. What to Wear on the 4th of July

Happy 4th everyone! I put a collage together of what I would personally wear on the 4th of July. Let's get one thing straight, never EVER wear an American flag dress, skirt, etc, because honestly that is way too tacky. Guys can get away with wearing an American flag tee, but girls just look kinda ridiculous. Chanel Cruise 2013-2014

Even after a long day of working as a celebrity stylist's assistant, I can't seem to fall asleep. So what do I think about doing? Posting on my blog. When in doubt, resort to Chanel, so how could I not post my 2 favorite Chanel Cruise looks from the 2013-2014 runway show. Karl Lagerfeld never ceases to surprise me with his ability to produce the most beautiful, simplistic, and sophisticated clothes. These two looks are just two of many beautiful garments in this Chanel runway show, but they are probably my favorite looks in the show. No matter how much time goes by, I can never seem to get enough of Chanel, can you?

Isabel Marant Sandals

I couldn't possibly go to bed without posting my favorite studded sandal of the summer 2013 season. Theres no summer without a studded sandal, and I mean really...how awesome are these? They come in tan, white, black and light blue (my favorite) and honestly if you are willing to splurge on a summer shoe, these are the ones to do it with.
